Ages: 6-12. Dr. Playwell's Worry-Less game lets players learn important steps for dealing with persistent worry - identifying feelings, self-calming, making positive self-statements, changing negative thoughts, planning, coping with difficult feelings, and self-monitoring. As they play, players try to capture the Worry Monsters, children will learn important skills to help them worry less. /nIncludes a reproducible assessment form to be filled out by parents or teachers.
